Welsh football star Ramsey has raised the reward for details about the missing canine Halo to fifteen thousand pounds.

The former Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who currently is with the Mexican club Pumas in the capital, stated that the beagle was spotted in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state area.

The beagle, who disappeared on October 9th, was equipped with a dog tracker collar, and the footballer posted a Google maps location of where she was last seen.

"Any sort of updates about our beloved Halo kindly contact us. Substantial reward for locating her. We are all wishing she's ok and comes home to our side soon," the athlete wrote on social media.

Earlier Reward and Heartfelt Pleas

The footballer initially revealed that his dog had disappeared a fortnight back and has subsequently uploaded multiple images of the adored dog on Instagram.

A ÂĢ7.5k reward was initially announced, but with lack of updates on the dog's location after a week, the player and his family raised the amount.

"All we desire is our girl back," he expressed in another appeal on social media after the decade-old dog went missing.

The latest image share is a grayscale image of Halo sleeping, its head resting in the bend of Ramsey's elbow, with the message: "How I wish to embrace you once more Halo."

Household's Worries and Context

Ramsey has also shared a statement from his spouse Colleen on online channels saying they have a few "pressing queries" about the event and fear the family "could possibly not obtain answers".

"To this day we have not located our dog. I don't think we ever will," the spouse's post read.

The Wales captain joined Mexican top-flight team Club Universidad Nacional earlier this year and had his first appearance in Liga MX in the eighth month.

Born in Caerphilly footballer is the first high profile UK player to compete in the Liga MX.
